Ziv NeumanHeading the Commercial Law department, Ziv Neuman provides legal counsel to the firm’s clients, including drafting agreements and writing legal memoranda on various issues of commercial law, both local and international.Mr. Neuman is currently involved in all stages of several start-up companies and projects, from the establishment of the companies, to the raising of capital and stock offerings. Mr. Neuman was actively involved in the Yam Tethys Project, in the NIS 200 million acquisition of the Machsanei Chashmal store chain by the Electra Group, and was involved in Sonol Israel Ltd.'s participation in the privatization of Oil Refineries Ltd. In the framework of Levy, Meidan & Co's legal counsel to the Israel Airports Authority, Mr. Neuman, as a firm partner, supervises the drafting of various tenders for the Authority, building and infrastructure tenders, tenders for the acquisition of goods and services, complex acquisitions of software and computerized systems, and international tenders.
