Tal DaganTal Dagan is an expert in international commercial law, particularly regarding dumping claims under the Levies on Commerce Law. Ms. Dagan handles the filing of anti-dumping claims on behalf of the firm’s clients, such as Osem, Polgat, Electrochemical Industries and Phoenicia.Ms. Dagan provides general legal counsel to the firm’s clients, formulating and drafting transactions, agreements, legal memoranda and tenders, as well as providing representation in court. In addition, Ms. Dagan is an expert in property value reduction claims under the Planning and Construction Law, and represents the firm’s clients before local and appellate planning committees. Ms. Dagan has unique experience in expropriation procedures, especially those related to approval of transportation-related statutory zoning plans. Ms. Dagan served for six years as legal adviser to the Ayalon Highways in Tel Aviv, providing the company with legal counsel on its various legal matters. Currently, Ms. Dagan provides legal counsel for Ma’atz – the Israel National Roads Company Ltd. (formerly the Public Works Department in the Ministry of Transport).
