Noa Meidan

Noa Meidan is an expert in Tenders Law and provides legal counsel to leading companies in Israel, as well as to governmental committees.

Heading the firm's Project Finance (PFI) department, Ms. Meidan has been intensively involved in most of Israel's largest-scale and mission-critical infrastructure projects, in which the firm has represented the relevant government ministries. These projects include the Carmel Tunnels (currently acting as legal counsel to the Carmel Tunnels Authority), five seawater desalination facilities, and highways 431 and 531. Noa has also been involved in the financing of the Yam Tethys Natural Gas Project, and is currently involved in the Tel Aviv Light Rail project, among others.
Ms. Meidan also has extensive experience in large-scale commercial transactions and negotiations. Examples include drafting the agreements required for the construction of Tnuva’s new dairy at Eilon Tavor (a $400 million project), and serving as legal counsel to Computer Associates International (CA) in its purchase of the shares of Israeli companies Iris and Security 7.

In the 2009 edition of the European Legal Experts Index, Noa Meidan is listed as one of the leading lawyers in Israel in Project Finance.
