Michal Schwartz-Brizel

Michal Schwartz-Brizel provides legal counsel to the firm's clients, including antitrust law counsel, drafting of transactions and agreements, and writing of legal memoranda on various commercial law issues for Visa International. Ms. Schwartz-Brizel also represents the State of Israel in litigation against the Highway 431 project concessionaire, which is currently in arbitration before a panel headed by Judge (ret.) Eliyahu Winograd.

Ms. Schwartz-Brizel focuses on BOT/PFI projects, and has gained extensive experience in Israeli Government Procurement Law. She was actively involved in the drafting and wording of various tenders, including the tender documents and concession agreements for the Highway 431 project and Highway 531 project (PFI projects), and the tender documents for the Design-Build Method Implementation Project for the Israel National Roads Company Ltd.
