Keren ShacharKeren Shachar, a member of Levy, Meidan & Co.'s Commercial Department, provides legal counsel to leading companies in Israel, as well as to governmental committees.Ms. Shachar has been intensively involved in drafting transactions and agreements, and in handling and accompanying PFI projects and other complex tenders, including the Road Rehabilitation, Operation and Maintenance project by Ma'atz - The Israel National Roads Company Ltd., and the Israel Police Training Center Establishment project for the Ministry of Public Security. Ms. Shachar also has experience in large-scale commercial transactions and negotiations, and in writing legal memoranda on various issues of commercial law.
