Edva Liveanu-JustoEdva Liveanu-Justo is an expert in Tenders Law and provides legal counsel to governmental committees in Israel, as well as to leading companies.Ms. Liveanu-Justo specializes in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) tenders and has participated as legal counsel in various infrastructure projects, including four projects for the construction and operation of seawater desalination facilities, each with capacity of up to 100 million m3/annum, in Ashkelon, and subsequently in Palmachim, and Hadera. Currently Ms. Liveanu-Justo provides legal counsel for the Inter-Ministerial Seawater Tender Committee for projects including the construction and operation of a 150 million m3/annum seawater desalination facility at Sorek, as well as the construction and operation of a 100 million m3/annum seawater desalination facility in Ashdod (both BOT projects). She also provides legal counsel to the Water Desalination Administration, which supervises all government desalination projects in Israel. In addition, Ms. Liveanu-Justo provides legal counsel to the firm’s clients, primarily Hewlett Packard (Israel) Ltd., in contract negotiations and commercial transactions, with emphasis on Tenders Law and other various issues of commercial law.
