Avishay ShechterAvishay Shechter is a member of Levy, Meidan & Co.'s Commercial Department, providing legal services to corporations whose stock is traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. He is also involved , in drafting agreements, providing legal counsel in tenders, and providing day-to-day legal counsel to the firm's clients.Prior to joining Levy, Meidan & Co., Mr. Shechter was an associate at Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co., working primarily in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, legal counsel and services to start-up companies, technology deals, and raising capital.
